This class answers all your questions about who, what, where, when and why you need emergency kits. This is the nuts and bolts of emergency readiness. This class can be from 30 minutes to 2 hours. |

| Cooking in the Dark | ||

Government
officials are urging residents to have a two week supply of food in
their home in the event of an emergency. This class is 1 hour. |

| Agenda: Check list of non food items necessary for two weeks of meal preparation Learn how long food will last in refrigerators and freezers Recipes Receive an organizational meal chart Proper water storage (it is essential to have two weeks of water stored) Prepare several of the recipes |

| Teachers as First Responders | ||

This class is offered to ALL educators working with children preschool through 12th grade. In an emergency, staff members will be the first to respond to the needs of the children and themselves. This class is 30 minutes. |
